If you're in Columbia ever there is a place called Addisons (7th and Cherry iirc) that makes really good wasabi/horsheradish/garlic mashed potatoes-- one of my favorite restautants.

They leave a little of the skin on the potatoes which is really good for the texture imo

I'll PM you my address. If you seal it good enough and overnight it it should still be good when I get it.

They're all pretty easy (not "cassoulet easy" but "go together fast, then ignore until cooked" easy.)

booted at the gym this morning. not sleeping well and then rolling straight into tabatas didn't go so well. the kb swings were fine, but 5/8 through the renegade rows, i had to make a break to a waste receptical.

not good times

if only. i paced around for a bit to make sure nothing else was coming up then i debated going home and decided 1 5/8 tabata was not an acceptable workout so i rowed 3km fairly slowly (2:20/500m splits)

What a workout stud...

I would have been out of there and sitting at Starbucks sipping my post-barf Mocha.

i really just decided i would be embarrassed walking into the gym, working out for 7 minutes, puking for 3 minutes and then walking right back past the front desk for a grand total 10 minute workout

I just got a workout... stacking up my supplies of Throwback Pepsi to withstand the end of the promotion.

Sixteen 12 packs plus an 18 pack in front.

Debating whether to break out the weights on top of that tonight.

ANYWAY, I was wondering. Chim or whoever might know, does the iPhone secretly work on the 3G band that T-Mobile USA uses? I know from what I've read that it'll run on the T-Mobile's EDGE network, but the official specs (from the HK iPhone site) don't list the 3G bands that T-Mobile is documented to use.

I don't see spending for an iPhone if I don't know if it'll work properly, so any hints are appreciated. Thanks,

Mass buying Pepsi cans is certainly an interesting strategy to fight inflation

I'm way east of LA. They've been at the local grocery store and Sam's for a little while, but when places started to run out... I hit the panic button.

Nice workout Reno.

I can feel your pain, tabatas are hard damn work. I was laying exhausted on my floor yesterday morning and my daughter came downstairs and asked what was wrong with me.
