I am feeling uninspired this week. I hope the menus don't irritate you guys, because posting them helps me think about how best to use my groceries and also how to keep the meals at least somewhat interesting.
Sunday: whole wheat spaghetti bolognese, romaine and grape tomato salad with balsamic vinegar and evoo
Monday: roast chicken stuffed with lemons and garlic, french bread, roasted broccoli with pine nuts and lemon garlic butter, roasted grape tomatoes
Tuesday:
Aixois
Wednesday: broccoli cheddar soup, apple salad with toasted pecans
Thursday: spicy chicken breasts with mango salsa over quinoa with black beans, gewurtztraminer, champagne
Friday/Saturday (whichever one we don't go out): braised pork shoulder, roasted potatoes, cole slaw
