I'm pretty sure IANAWW is just making somewhat odd moves in order to move out of book. However he doesn't seem like he is going to put me in any awkward spots anytime soon and after the exchanges that appear likely to happen I'll be ahead in development with a pretty comfortable position which I'm perfectly happy with as black.
11. Nxe5 was basically a blunder by me. I moved too fast again and thought I had something that I didn't. It's at least pretty complicated at the moment. Might as well go ham and sac more material here. Keep his K exposed or force him to give up that annoying bishop while regaining material. Just gotta keep my pieces coordinated and active and his not. I have a feeling my attack is going to fizzle out but I'd probably just lose slowly otherwise. shrug
quite excited that aksdal found Rxd7 but after KxR he needs to follow up with Bf7 imo, which is a much more difficult move to find than Rxd7, we shall see! jcohen should be able to hold the position but aksdal will have all the initiative
I really should have taken his knight there with my bishop, only saw it now. I was busy making sure I'm not trapped after he takes g5 with knight or bishop. Still think I'm in a great position, but if I had just taken his knight there I would be much more comfortable.
