1. Thanks for this question; I was going to tweak the wording in the OP of the draft thread. The job should be something that would occupy
at least 25 hours per week, but can take up as many hours that you want beyond that. I know some people's idea of a perfect life involves working as little as possible, so putting a floor on the hours is a way to make the category meaningful and at least somewhat grounded. I encourage people to think of jobs that they would love and that would require much longer hours; it's more interesting that way.
2. The city you draft does not have to be in the country you draft. If you draft Dubuque, Iowa as your city and Eastern Sydonia as your country, then for the purposes of the draft, Dubuque will be moved to the most suitable and liveable part of Eastern Sydonia (you don't need to specify how the attractive qualities of the city you draft complement the attractive qualities of the country you draft, but it would be fun if people did).
