I really want to help, but I feel like if I post now I just add confusion, not alleviate it. Anyone have questions for me that can help?

I was talking about source's lists and how they might relate to him being NK'ed. You think the wolves might be leveling to get you killed considering you were high up on source's lists earlier in the game?

Why did you choose a werewolf picture when you posted lolcats earlier?

Why did you choose to "resign"? I mean, what was going through your head at that point?

Google images first page for "lolcats" had that image. I thought it was really funny and with the "finish him" line I was saying go ahead and turbo-lynch me if you think it'll help us in the long run.

I thought I was gone last night. I even had that little Seasons in the Sun song typed up in Word from last night to post right before 10pm. But then... I didn't get lynched! I was surprised to say the least. It seems like everything I've said this game has been jumped on as being "wolfy". It still feels like people are flipping coins to determine if something is wolfy or not to me in this game. Obviously I haven't played much. On a couple occasions my posts got quoted as saying "omg obvious wolf" and then the next person "hmm that sounded village to me". I guess I was overly frustrated this morning and ready to say my goodbyes. I though my lynch was a forgone conclusion. Now maybe not? It's hard to tell. Either way right now I feel like whenever I post I'm hurting the village, not helping it. Clear village = good. Quad = confusion it seems. Quad = bad? I cry with much sad.

In #1854 (which was before he suggested his own majoritying) he states that he hopes kkc and him become the main wagons. THIS MAKES SENSE FOR A VILLAGER WHO IS CONVINCED HIS OPPONENT IS A WOLF. For a wolf, meh, sometimes it's tempting to become stubborn and lock in on a target, but the whole interaction doesn't really read like that. I think he really thinks that kkc is a wolf.

Also, he didn't really have enough votes to just give up as a wolf. Most of the votes came AFTER he "resigned". It's too early for a wolf to resign. It makes perfect sense for a frustrated villager who is convinced someone else is a wolf, that they have made a good case, and only get votes on themselves in return. That's frustrating.

It is somewhat exploitable though, and lucid did resign yesterday so there's some frame of reference there. Still, reads like villager to me.

But how can ANYONE, at this point be so convinced that kkc was a wolf?

I've just read up on the entire thread, in terms of what happened today. Basically, I'm glad that people are leaving the whole KKC/Quad thing. As I mentioned earlier today, in my mind KKC was cleared, and people more experienced than I am have agreed, or are at least leading to the conclusion that that Quad would be a bad lynch today.

So people have started the Mused/Tom thing, which happen to be the only two people in the red on LL's chart, and I don't see how he can have SUCH strong reads, stronger than on anyone else them. Maybe he doesn't even think so, and he did it to just throw out another strong accusation, and see what develops. As I type, there is probably some discussion gonig on about his sudden sixfour vote, which I am curious to see.

A US language google image search actually confirms that.

Heh, frailty thy name is WW. People are fickle as ****, me included. The thing about WW is that it instills a degree of paranoia if you're a villager. You don't really want to become too sold on someone being a villager, because then you'd be fooled really hard if he turned out to be a wolf. Conversely, you don't want to become too sold on someone being a wolf in case he turns out to be a villager. Fear of being wrong. This is natural human behavior, and it's compounded by the fact that being wrong might have implications for your own survival in the game.

There is also the fact that early in the game there is limited information available, so reads are naturally more tenuous. It's actually healthy to switch around a lot in that sense. I'm pretty bad at reading people early, but as time goes on and more information is available, reads get changed or solidified depending on the information.

okay well the Tom voters and the Mused voters are going to need to make a decision soon, Quad is looking more and more like a villager and it'd be pretty silly to have a 5/5/7 vote to take him down when I lot of people are viewing Tom and Mused as both being legit picks.

I guess Tom and Mused are either AFK or silently praying.

The way the wolves have been playing, maybe. I would think if they ate source to incriminate anyone it would have been LL.

Well I haven't voted for anyone, I was going to vote for Quad, but if I believe LL and JD are villagers I need to reconsider this.

Is the entire case vs. mused him putting wolf instead of villager in that post?

At this point I don't feel confident in any direction to cast a vote.

Well, that's actually a good question. However, having idiosyncratic opinions diverging from the main stream (like Quad in this case) is actually more typical of villagers.

I've stayed silent since once again, the two suspects I point out happen to be the ones that are being lynched. Its dangerous that I have so much power, I'm scared of it myself, but I know I'm a villager and I feel that not lynching Quad is the right move here

Tom over Mused, imo

well his posts don't sound very wolfy (debatable), but more damnning was the fact that he had 9 votes with basically no counterwagons running besides the ones that 99% confirmed villagers were pushing. Would means that the wolves must be voting Quad, in short.

Are you one of said wolves? THE VILLAGE IS WATCHING YOU!

This is something I always fail to take into account. I need to learn to stop and figure out where the wolf votes are going.

top wolf suspects:

subandi
tom
mused
sixfour
norse

of these 5, tom and mused are the only ones with enough presented evidence and momentum.
