I bought insurance because with that payment and no income from angel targets, it's all I could afford.

How do the mechanics work of knowledge? Does the tracker always know who the angel is, but the angel doesn't know who the tracker is? Or do they always know each other? Or do they have to deduce?

I don't think I answered it that way, but if I did it would be to maintain the cover.

The FPS would not have drawn heat on me by the wolves. It would have (and did) drawn heat on me by the villas.

Again, why is the Wolf PR pulling a stunt like that in the thread?

Neither knows who the other is with mechanical certainty

It can be inferred because both are restricted in where they can work
