day will begin sometime at nigiht (9-11 pm est) and night wont fall again until (4-6 pm est) as that seems to be both euro and american friendly in most cases.

As an american, I actually like a 4-6 PM EST time for end of day. I'm still at work then, thus can still be really active. Once I get home, not so much with wife +3 kids.

fwiw, i think our main concern here is the euros and making sure that they can be around for EOD, cause I assume most Americans will be able to make a 4-7 time

<--euro and im not going to be around at eod much I reckon, since Ill have to go to bed at ~2230 CET each night except friday/the weekends (job starts early, have to get up at 0630). I have no clue how to translate that to american time. Its 2130 at time of post.

edit: ofcourse I do have a clue, im just lazy and cant do it off the top of my head
