Toga party / Dance party?

At least one of eye/maple/bark/boom HAS to be a leg word.

If it is only 1, all three are leg/toga overlap? Is that right?

Rome is leg because of the shape of Italy?

I'm trying to figure out if there is a reference to Animal House which popularized the idea of a toga party afaik. Not seeing anything, but I can't recall any character names. I think a couple had some weird nick names.

Rome and suit are ours for sure. No idea what's going on with that leg clue. I initially thought eye must have been one, but with thumb being blue, that seems highly unlikely now. But it's not like boom/maple/bark/Rome make any sense either, and it has to be at least one of them, so...

Church is possible for toga. Priests wear garments that are sorta dress-like, plus there's the Roman-Catholic angle.

Rome just because Italy is shaped like a boot, or something else?

I think he used the singular just to keep us away from things that have legs, like dog/spider/bed/piano, but who knows.

Shakespeare+cycle would make some sense for our final 2. I don't think it can be dance+cycle anymore, unless eb thinks we might say spider with an unlimited clue. Or maybe spider actually is our final word and he wants us to go dance+spider. Would he go for a 4 clue if our final words were Shakespeare+dance? Hmmm.

Such a strange game...not sure what to think.
