if you read that game, can you really rationalize my play today as being my "wolf game"? i would obv be a little more careful than ive been today bc i wouldnt do anything that jeopardized me going far in the game.

This is the biggest reason. This is a stereotypical wolf ploy. Try to get others to attack someone for something instead of just making the case yourself. If you have an opinion, state it, don't use innuendo.

My original vote on you was just a typical early day one vote, nothing really behind it but whimsy. Now I kind of like it.

I don't recall that lesson being taught last game, but whatever. The reason I explained it was b/c I had posted constantly in that game and assumed my reduced post count would be noted, and seeing that I was a villager last game, might be use to push me. Damned if you do....

Re:412. If cald meant in the 2nd post it's impossible bc he knows he's villa, I didn't get that at all. I don't think he ever said so himself either. I thought he meant that it's impossible bc no one ever does that, but it's technically possible cuz it's allowed in the rules. That explanation felt like a copout to me.

But why would he fabricate a reason that would be easily shredded? I mean the obvious answer is he just had a brain fart, but if that is the case it is a null tell. I don't think this onion has too many layers though. Specifically, I don't think XX would be thinking something like "Wolves love to clear villagers and have a lesser tendency to attack villagers and lead wagons on them, so if I do something specious either people will think I am a villager being stupid, or if I get lynched will think cald is a wolf because of my play and I will get him lynched anyway". I think it is most likely pure brain fart or w/w.

I would argue you didn't know it was a stereotypical wolf play because you made the post. There is no reason for any role to make a post that is often interpreted as wolfy.

The only time I've watched Z be a wolf, he disappeared after a near lynching the first day. (iirc he hung in there for the entire day the first time; only thereafter going fairly UTR.)

If he's still a contender I may go back to him, but it seemed like his wagon wasn't going anywhere, even if it was in the lead.

Nothing I can say on this issue matters. I don't mind the heat if people want to wagon me though.

Yeah, fnord is probably a ninja, and BPM/Cald are villagers.

As for XX, thinking some more about it, this D1 has been really unusual for him. He started out by gunning for Cald with original (though bad) arguments, and he's currently gung ho about voting BPM. I've never seen him so aggressive. Now, playing for a while helps confidence, so it's not unnatural that he becomes increasingly aggressive, but this departure seems a little too much almost. In his past games as a villager, he's usually been a follower, in this game he's an instigator.

All that said, I still think it's villagery to be making an original case against Cald from his cell. What kind of wolf is that dedicated about getting a wagon going? If he's posting from his cell all the time, that somewhats undermines it though.

Whatever....evidentally, you don't remember KyrosMother being the biggest villager wolf I've ever seen.....and each night she said...."I won't be here....oh dear, I have a conflict, but I'm backing you up here"

In other threads, yes. Threads that do not require much thought or review. And if you look at most of my games recently, whenever fcbl schedule comes up, I am there to say "fcbl is busy on tuesdays, not so much on mndays". Pathetic that I know a pretty much complete strangers work schedule based on ww, but it happens.

Nobody can copy KM's style. It is unique. She is a villagery wolf and a villagery villager. She bakes cookies for people right before she eats them.

Tis a gruesome sight to be sure.

Why am I a wolf? And if you say tone, I will be extremely disappointed.

If I am a wolf, I am on a pretty deep level; unfortunately for that theory, I appreciate that those leveling games are usually pretty silly, especially in a game where the body count is likely to be high.

Monday is the day my boss is not here I can spend a few minutes here and there on the computer.
