To be fair to rick, he did mention that he's color blind and so the accidental color change of the knife isn't intentional. But in the spirit of the game, we roll with it!

Rick might not know who the Blues Brothers are, or our mystery man might be a bit too mysterious to make the connection. Either way, he's now gone from being a beloved move star, to a potential naked murderer. Quite the change! We also lose the grass, some slight color changes, and our icecicle is now a knife. Starting to get dark in here. Someone turn on a light..

marknfw is our next victim participant. Mark wasn't so sure about painting, but was generous enough to do it anyway, and we are grateful. People stepping outside their comfort zone is what this game is all about!



We certainly have all the elements described to him, including the pink cloud (but he adds a happy sun!), the knife, blood, a potentially naked man, but now the naked man is killing someone. I wonder if the mysterious dead body also didn't know who the Blues Brothers were and this is him meeting his fate.

Our murdered really hasn't changed in the last few paints, but the circumstances he finds him self in certainly have!

yeah once i saw the early answers discussing mib/blues brothers i realized that my descriptions are not optimal and i could save a lot of words thinking of "what does this look like" rather than listing individual elements

didn't even realize i changed the color in the earlier part of the reveal - whoopsies

Eyebooger is encouraged to join by the promises of an IBD paint. And with his entry solidifies the fact that this man will probably be doing 20 to life in the near future:

We are at risk of losing our shades, the last of the initial elements to carry through. Which, honestly, is probably fine. If you're going to stab a man with a serious skin condition, you could at least look him in the eyes when you do it. Have some standards people, ffs.

Other than that, we lose a bit of color from the surroundings, and our happy sun is as risk, but he nails the rest of the key elements (no pun intended).

IBD is not one to disappoint when he gets what he wants (an EB description) so he kindly returns:



IBD notes that he only looked at the preview and didn't get the formatting that EB used in his description. Can you spot where that has an impact?

The wonderful art it self speaks on it's own, but in many ways far more interesting is the 'partly cloud man' who clearly should be spending more time on the morning weather and less time with whatever he's doing now. Tons of people could pick him out of a lineup!

Our pink man isn't pink anymore, and instead just looks like a normal dude who is dying due to being stabbed. The torso wound does look.. precarious in it's positioning though..

With our final description of the game housenuts clearly understands the mission and responds with:

I like how our man has now become a Lego, he's an angel despite stabbing someone at that moment, and now he's a samurai. Quite the combination.
Desert mountain background is 100% accurate, but really doesn't feel like it does the prior pain justice. Few words could though, and esp not 10 of them.

With a very fitting end to our chain, Mrs IBD closes this segment out.



Really quality stuff all around. The samurai is distinctly Lego, we've got the battle cry (but from the wrong person), it's attacking the incarnation of evil, and preserves the background.
I personally really enjoy the minimalistic background juxtaposed with the samurai. I think it just adds to the value.
We could get slightly nit picky and say he's not actually stabbing Satan, but naaah.

A+ work.
