yea, I have the same beef with 19 year olds being ranked that high

Don't get me wrong I was impressed with Gabriel and think he'll do well, but kids are too high variance and don't have enough life experience. More likely to make a tactical error and be eliminated than win

then again shawn was all over the place the first two episodes with his timing.
ended up winning

that's why i liked dino

that dude was FAST! he did a LOT in that time but was still a little all over the place.

gabriel's focus impressed the hell out of me. he was clean and efficient. everything about how he made that dish seemed perfect. Then again it WAS a taco. hopefully he's more than a taco guy
