most popular salad dressing is ranch, which is a farm

and then like Amish are known for their clothes as well

i'm sure there are Santa farms to train mall Santas

they tag their animals on a farm; the cows and pigs etc are all tagged

lightning is probably safer than battery? he probably thinks we may go lightning since farms and farmland are known for their lightning storms

i don't really have thoughts on battery. that could be a thing but idk

lightning/dressing both make sense as tangential connections and were two of the stretches i had considered earlier

would probably have tag and santa at the bottom

so i guess after the first 4 my order would be something like

vet
lightning
dressing
tag
santa

with no clue where to put battery

like a Tesla battery farm?

but i could be wrong and just be thinking of Solar Farms (but they gotta store that energy somewhere!)

i'm worried about going vet now when it's super easy to clear up later in the round

yeah i wasn't a huge fan of dressing because of that

if a battery farm is an actual thing then go for it. it makes sense but i just don't know

but i think the vet connection you made, plus just the general connection to animals is strong enough that we shouldn't be guessing a "random" 5th word when it could just be vet, just to be dodging a potential assassin

tag/santa i'm not guessing for quite awhile

so really we have 3 options for what it is...vet will get resolved later but if it doesn't we have no way to distinguish between battery and lightning (and other clues involving those 2 may be tough to distinguish as well since they are similar) so i think i prefer guessing one of those 2 now to help us out later...i don't want to be in this situation on turn 2 or 3 still

i knew we could leave vet at top of list after next turn and you give us n-1 or n clue to resolve that but couldn't say that because it would be too much prescribing to you

that's why i wanted to clear up lightning/battery this turn so we could guess the other next turn if needed and have vet top of list then

i don't see the connection to casino for bottle? just bottle service and getting bottles of alcohol? i think that gets pushed down below house/roulette/magician/compound/waitress

but then lightning/apple/vet isn't an easy trio to clue for (well, i guess farm)

lol dang. i thought i had botched because i had considered farm for my own clues but ditched it because of the application to yours. I didn't think that clearing out the animals would give you the freedom to use it!

FWIW, I'm pretty confident we would have gotten there in 3, so the farm/casino parlay was definitely the right effort. Just unlucky on the bottles.
