I'm curious, if I answered, 'Earth's moon', 'Venus', 'Mars', or 'Io', would that have been scored correct? Because it's ambiguous in the question.

It's the furthest point from the Earth's center. That has to fit some definition of highest peak, amirite? WTF is sea level, if not arbitrary?

I took it as there are five distinct correct answers as follows:
Highest peak on Earth
Highest peak on Earth's moon
Highest peak on Venus
Highest peak on Mars
Highest peak on Io

yes, but the question could be read as, name one of - 'everest', 'Earth's moon', 'Venus', 'Mars', or 'Io'.

just wondering if I could have argued this succesfully if I had done it?

Angleshot denied. Only because if I gain your friendship, then I lose 6 in the process . . . strength in numbers. Also, I really crave acceptance . . . especially on internet forums.

But I'm the most coveted friend on the internet, surely worth more than those other 6 losers. Lucky for you, I appreciate that you've become POG's own Jonny Papelbon, so my friendship is not lost.

Now you can get back to your regular afternoon activity of surfing the web for shirtless Mario Lopez pics....
