ill throw this out for discussion

do villagers typically claim early and then rely on that claim because of their char name?

like every time fanmails come back to thread he's been like:

"GUYS IM MCGONAGALL AND THIS IS HARRY POTTER"

and while that could be real frustration, i don't really think that's how most villagers are reacting just because they've claimed that? I'd think it'd be more something like "f off im mcgonagall and have boosted X on n1 and X on n2 and pushed WOLF1 and WOLF2"

the difference being villagers want their cred?

or maybe i'm way off

either way i think fanmail's a wolf

I killed a few villagers early but I had no clue how they would flip and none were obvious villagers. And I got serious today for a minute when it looked like the village was set to implode. But it shouldn't be on a neutral to lead the village either.
