They do not count to your limit of three unforgivable curses per day:
Crucio counts for 1
Imperio Counts for 1 and is limited to 1
Ak counts for 2.

expelliarmus prevents a person from casting Protego, which defends against Crucio.

Stupefy stops dodging from Avada Kedavra.

we are killing kre with Crucio, so better use Expelliarmus to increase chance of hitting him.

Expelliarmus on both
Crucios on both

Expelliarmus has better chances to hit, Crucios have better chances to hit (usually better than 3* AK).

Crucio is the best bang for your buck and Expelliarmus is its brother.

Also if you mix in AKs with Crucios you lose EV
