10 of you are villagers. 3 of you are wolves. The villager must eliminate the wolves before the wolves reach parity. Good luck!

Game Itinerary

The game will progress in 24 hour cycles. There will be a 24 hour day followed by a 24 hour night. This cycle will repeat until the game is over.

Start of Day (SOD) and End of Day (EOD) will be at 8pm EST. The game will start at 8:00pm EST on March 2nd (~90 minutes from the time of this post). The first EOD will occur March 3rd at 8pm EST.

Night actions will always be due no later than 1 hour before the thread opens, so 7:00pm EST.

With both night actions and votes/posts, :00 is good, :01 is bad. If you post at :02 or later you may get modkilled REGARDLESS OF ANY MOD ANNOUNCEMENTS OR IF THE THREAD IS LEFT OPEN.

Night actions that are received at :01 or later will be randed.

Logistical rules:

1) Wolves have 24 hour out of thread communication from the moment they receive their PM

2) majority lunch is only in effect at must lunch

3) no vote switching at must lunch

4) Luckbox Inc will be running the VC under their alt accounts "DustinG". We do our best with the VC but it is finicky. Please help us by trying to always spell out the full, exact name of the person you are trying to vote. The VC is merely an informational tool, though, not a final arbiter of what votes count and do not count. If someone is clearly trying to vote for someone it will count even if the VC may not pick it up.

Some other things to keep in mind...

I am not going to go through the rules of werewolf or anything. Read the stickies and please PM me if you have any question. But everyone here is a vet so I expect you all get the way things work. If you are unclear on anything and get modkilled for it then oh well. You should have asked.

A few personal things that I enforce that may or may not be in the sticky:

1) Any overt sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any other hate speech will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the game (either modkill or forced sub). When it doubt, don't say it.

2) No jokes about suicide, rape, or anything like that. Once again, when in doubt, don't say it. Many people have either experienced this kind of trauma or are close with someone who has. We want to respect that.


3) Keep things civil. I won't modkill for the occasional name calling or heated exchange. But if you do it repeatedly or say something particularly egregious you will be removed from the game. I will endeavor to give PM warnings before it comes to this but I am not going to babysit the thread so don't assume you will get one before a modkill. Remember we are all confused, paranoid, and make mistakes. And some people are actively trying to LIE to you to win the game. THAT IS PART OF THE GAME. Everyone mistrusts everyone and some people are trying to deceive you. Don't take that personally. Also don't berate people for being wrong or making mistakes. That is also part of the game. Just because something is obvious to you does not mean it is obvious to other people. Part of your job is to explain things to other people and help them understand without being a jerk.

4) No using out-of-game stuff to make promises, bets, wagers, assurances, etc. Don't say "I will never play werewolf again if I am a wolf" or "I am going to retire if so-and-so isn't a villager". Yes some stuff are obvious jokes but others are not and things can get weird, unfriendly, and uncomfortable very fast with stuff like this. Use what is happening in the game and restrict your discussions to what is happening in the game.

5) Wolves will be removed from wolf chat once they die. No offense meant. This is just how I mod. Please don't take it personally.

6) DO NOT REFERENCE ANY PRIVATE COMMUNICATION YOU HAVE HAD WITH THE MOD(S). IF YOU DO, YOU WILL BE MODKILLED.

I'm guessing yes. It would be unusual for Wolf Dustin to call out two posters (one of whom, at least, is a villager--me) both as wolves when nobody else has posted yet.

I don't see that as villagers. He's throwing mud at anyone and trying to see what sticks. Sounds.more likely a wolf play (not that I'm accusing)

Yeah, but if you've played significantly with Dustbox, you know that he's a much wolfier villager than he is wolf.
