Could be any number of things.

(1) He has a low power and does not want to die
or maybe (2) He wants us to think he has a low power but is actually super strong.

I probably would not worry about that and just try to filter through the trolling to figure out if he is a villager or a wolf.

This doesn't even come close to the time I was called a wolf for typing the word "gonan" instead of "gonna" because the "n" and the "a" keys are so far apart you cant possibly mispell the word, therefore I went back and purposely misspelled the word to try and get clear

(a) He has no night actions at all
(b) he only has even night actions

i'm fine with it

in fact it seems pretty ideal to shoot out of people who are going to be notorious slankers/non-participators no matter what early on

it's going to be a process trying to clear people by eliminating them from different factions and such later on

these people are going to make that process a lot harder by not having interactions
