I guess we should breakdown what faction likely did what then.

Killed by a wildling seems like it probably was someone on Robik's team.

Who's the sellsword in revenge? I kinda thought it might've been Selmy/Dany's team but he isn't a sellsword

Insanity was obviously killed by someone with Mel/Stannis given red priestess.

Man smelling of flowers could be Varys I think. I think there was a character they described as smelling like flowers.

Wait, VMF's role says: "At any time you may choose to convert two people to your faction".

It doesn't say anything about only being able to convert villagers, but that seems pretty broken if he could convert someone from a faction. The other members of that faction would know the convertee was now in a different faction, and VMF's crew would know all the members of a certain faction.

Am I missing something?

Go and read my progression on VMF last night. I repeatedly called for JDalla to kill him (over Robik tbf) then when Robik flipped I thought it looked clearing for VMF then I kinda realised that wasn't true, then voted VMF and went to bed.

There was probably about 20 minutes in the whole day I thought VMF might be a villager.
