I felt taking a chance Moats would have any decent longterm value was >>> than any player I might get in the 4th round.

Appearently its 1 and done for fumbles in Houston now. Every time you fumble you get leap frogged by all the backs behind you.

No, once the game has started they go into the waiver process so you can pick them up at the same time you can pick up people who played on Monday night.
