Like I said, all of you complain about the equivilant of poker AI-EV and I'm taking other stuff into concideration.
Stuff like Leinart being traded into infinite backup at HOU after Warner decides to quit a year early thus making one of my starting QBs a backup, reducing the value of my top WR and on top of that the guy I didn't draft becoming the starter instead of the guy I did draft once Anderson's fail becomes obvious...that's running bad imo
Smith injury pretty much forcing them into drafting a RB and sucking all the value out of a young RB that had pretty good potential in a PPR format, Harrison injury = Hillis gets the job (and Browns coaching staff being dumb)
LT ending up at the Jets instead of the Vikings and getting back to his old form thus severely cutting into the value of Greene

I think I've run bretty bad since the end of last season and on top of that we are in the toughest division AINEC and I'll be 6-1 with likely the second best overall record and second in my division...I mean our #3 team would be first in another division etc.
And obviously my backup QB suffers a concussion right when my stud has his bye and on top of that my soccer team has its home game on Sunday which means I can't even change lineups and will likely roll with Matt Moore just to be safe in what is pretty much the most important regular season match for me

Yeah I realise in that you run pretty bad in a bunch of off-season stuff, although pretty much the entirety of the Arizona stuff was expected to some degree - Leinart being released altogether maybe not but there was very little chance going he was ever going to be anything more than league average.

In terms of purely in-season stuff though you've run super hot and before last week your team had performed basically at league average and you were 5-0 (and I was marginally above average and was 1-4, which is why I'm a little bitter ).

And don't talk to me about QB injuries, I own Stafford, Cutler and Vick in the redraft (and Cutler and Kolb in this)

Leinart being terrible at football is not running bad.

I don't think I really agree with the AI-EV comparison.. but I do think that the best analogy to poker is that there are far more people that think they run bad than people that actually do.

edit: Main reason I don't agree with the AI-EV comparison is having a really low PA probably means some other teams experienced some negative variance along the way. More than likely lots of people had injuries with terrible timing, and personnel moves that weren't ideal.

you can put people on injured reserve without them being injured? seems kinda wrong to me....

There are a couple of people who seem to have been put on IR without that having being the case at any point this season, McCoy and Dickson. Stokley is weird in that he was listed as being on SEA's IR in week 1 but not since then.

I don't know for sure that McCoy and Dickson were listed as probable midweek or something but I don't think people should be able to use IR for what is essentially just extra roster spots for people they know won't start this year.

If it's possible to prove they were never listed on the injury reports I think the commish should reactivate them and force the team to drop a player and personally I think we should restrict IR use to Doubtful, Out or IR in the future (would obviously require a vote).

Edit: I just checked the injury reports for Cleveland and Baltimore and neither McCoy or Dickson were listed on them in any week of the season.

Just kinda weird, I thought IR would mean just that. They would have to be on IR in real life....
