Partner has AQxxxxx of diamonds and nothing else. LHO has Kx of diamonds. For what ever reason LHO leads a club. Always fun when the lead is the difference between down 8 and making 7.

Sectional today so wasn't able to sweat most of the board. Just saw board 2 of segment 5. Damn, that hand would cost me some sleep if I was Kran. To bid a grand with 38 HCP in a 4-4 fit and go down is brutal.

How close was the final? I missed the last 4 bds. Kran went down in 4S by not taking a safety play and I was hoping that didn't swing it - goes to show you how fatigue is such a real thing in these events.
