Dunno if this is angly to talk about PMs, but 27allin brought it up so I will respond. I believe Chips waited for read receipts before starting this game. I believe that he wouldn't have started this game until everyone read their PM. Therefore, I believe 27allin is lying about not reading his PM.

What do you think about this 27?
