That is standard game design. I would be surprised if that was not the case here. Might have an LOLBenji chambered if it turns out the wolf team could not proxy, but I'm just going to assume we are not looking at a WAT game design feature unless baudib says otherwise.

Regarding the Knights seer claim.

Wolves don't seem to worried. Him and his first 2 village peeks are still alive.

These are both really good points.

Why in the world would mor claim seer AND a wolf peek and then not spend the rest of his time burying Stork? Let alone not spend the time BEFORE he claimed ensuring the village knew Stork was an obvious wolf.

If Stork is a villager, why in the world would he not spend every remaining second proving why mor is a wolf? In Stork's spot, I might even invite the village to lunch me just to prove mor is a lying wolf.

Doesn't make sense for either to be a villager.

The wolves derped and fell for bop's fake fakepeek of stork/fable and killed him n1 to in part partially SHC him

And mor actually is the seer, albeit playing terribly, and peeked him wolf n1

want to drop jcohen from my wolf tam. don't see how he keeps up this level of inquisitive volume of werewolfing with such a terrible awareness of what's going on as a wolf. i think this is just his usual villager game.
