Atlantis - hits dead (it's a dead city/civ) and salt (in the saltwater ocean)
Battery - hits dead, salt and structure; only issue is he didn't do n-1 and this was next on our list
Button - don't see how this hits any
Force - don't see it
King - there are dead kings and kings traded in salt and spices back in the day; doubt it
Life - shouldn't be ours due to 4 clue and should be blue; but it hits dead as the opposite and salt for salt life...based on how both spymasters clued, it's not ours
Slug - you pour salt on slugs and they are life...don't mind this one
Spring - springs can have salt water; usually not, but enough that this is pretty good; and good for life as well
Wake - this hits dead HARD, but doesn't hit salt
Washer - we discussed for dead applicances; not great for salt


in theory, battery should never be ours since this is a 3 clue, but I don't know that he's following our conventions...salt and life hit battery hard and structure hits battery really well


battery/atlantis/slug are my top 3 right now

spring isn't bad

life is good but should be theirs, but just like battery it's possible it's not


wake should be ours for dead, but I don't see how it hits salt, so I think it's out (plus, battery+wake+anything shoulda been unlimited clue to tell us to re-guess our last list)...I guess he overlooked funeral wake for dead and wake the dead for dead when cluing that

I feel like he couldn't do n-1 last time since we didn't have opera on our list, so that's why he stretched dead - 4 even though angel/wake aren't ours...which is more reason to believe that life isn't ours

he couldn't do salt - 3 for battery/atlantis/slug bc we'd go life

I don't know if I'm fully convinced that slug > life.
