I did leave a peek tho.... granted it was iversonian villager, so it was wrong anyways

duck, sun, and UAW don't leave peeks iirc

As you guys can see, bhuber is as verbose in the spreadsheet as he is in the thread

Other times I've been a wolf it's been "#150 whoever=v".

Didn't play into it, as well, but it was mostly because lilrascal was absent and Soah was playing strange and hedging on practically everything. So I went soah

I feel kinda sorry for you. I've never said one word to you in my life, but you seem to to have a lot of your self-esteem tied up in some imaginary war against me. You're actually gloating about getting one of your teammates mislynched for no reason at all? You think it makes you look cool or supports your agenda of making me look bad? Aren't you a grown man? That's just kind of pathetic.

But anyway, you played well at must-lynch, I'll give you that. Most people wouldn't have the ability to do a 180 there after having invested a full week of time being so arrogantly wrong about every aspect of the game.

Half the time I don't leave peeks on D1. You die on N1 and the thread loses a peek, not a ton of difference. Live to D2 and you value of information becomes much higher so need to leave. I suppose it's all variable, nothing set, which makes WW fun. Depends a lot of coverage, etc. I know you guys play pretty standard insofar of leaving that info from the getgo though, which is just fine, especially in a shorter game.

I did think that it was likely one of them, however. Interesting to see how the combination of poor results and poor posting resulted in player behavior re: apathy, etc. It basically encouraged the wolves in this instance (huber and timon a lot of posting) and led to more apathy for the villagers, which is understandable. Huber and Timon posted a lot relatively, probably multifactorial? (regular behavior, wanted a quality win (more activity), and just plain boredom)?

Thanks for the game Hoya and nice to play with you all. Looking to play some turbos in the near future. Those look fun.
For me it was just trying to keep a consistent presence in the thread and try to make up some reads for mislynches. The fact that this was an unusually slow game made me one of the top posters, but I'm normally on the bottom third of posting of more normal games.

And I think one of the factors to kill you (besides being mostly clear) was that we thought you were likely to figure some things out if you were left alive one more day.

Well, no one leaving explicit peeks actually forced us to seer hunt harder than it normally would, IMO.

We basically ruled out Pizza and then the decision became which villager had TMI (because no one else really left peeks). So we literally read every single player (somehow I must have missed nofears' ivers = villager peek).

Its basically how we found SGT RJ possibly being TMI-ish wrt to rascals role, there was one post in particular that really gave it away (her being really verbose/doubling as a SPK kill was just an added bonus).

That was really impressive. Pizza has sort of an inhuman tone which takes getting used to.

Nofear looked villagery at must lynch there. Some good desperation. Too bad it didn't work out.

Another reason we killed you was because you were rascals top villager and he was like locked on that (which he was right about).

It was basically 2 guaranteed votes tied together and we wanted to try and break that up (we basically chose you over sun that night because of that).

Yeah, the first wolf lynch is so crucial to the village, until then it's all chaos (and can only get worse until a wolf dies)

I think not leaving peeks as a vanillager is fine, as long as the wolves know it doesn't take you out of seer contention. But like you said, it's a difficult thing to truly know

Maybe, but I'd bet a lot of wolves/wolfteams would probably just give up and not seer hunt nearly as hard, so kudos to you for doing so

You want the honest answer soah? I really don't care about making you look bad or making myself "look cool." In fact, I don't really give two ****s what anyone on 2+2 thinks about me. I play WW for entertainment. Lynching/wagoning you is entertaining. The fact that you were purposely playing different from your normal game, anyways (making you appear wolfy) was just a bonus. And yes, in the end, watching people get overly worked up in post game is entertaining as well. Get worked up all you want in game, but once the game is over, it's just time to lol at everyone. Will I ever purposely try and hurt my teams chances of winning a game? No. That being said, I also don't give passes to anyone because of their "name," and don't think anyone is as good as their "rep." I have no problem with my play wrt you d1, and I'd likely do it again.

I mean, like here, I went absolutely HAM on rascal at ML, but now that it's post game? Meh, w/e gg, onto the next one.

At the very least, you should probably try to adjust and lynch him for different reasons next time :P

edit: And not that my opinion really matters but I thought the soahbot stuff was funny and actually pretty villagery

meh, I've gone after you and jim for the lulz, too. It's just that wagons usually don't stay at EOD.

In the end, as long as I have fun, it doesn't really matter to me.

I did almost die when I read this post nofear (I almost spit out my coffee at Starbucks/some came out my nose).

Fairly accurate (except the d1 slankage).

Probably somewhat biased that the last 2 wolf games I remembered from you before this one, you didn't bother showing up on d1 (don't remember the reason why, but yeah)

Seems like you're talking out of both sides of your mouth here.

You said from the start of the game that you wanted to lynch me for the lulz, then you went hard on me the minute I left the thread, never once offered any reason to suspect me, and then bragged about it afterwards.

Not doing anything to hurt your team? Sure. When I got home that night, I found a message from a non-player commenting about how you CFDing me was more work than he'd ever seen you do before as a villager. You'd talked both in this thread and in other threads about how great it is to mislynch me d1, and it's a coincidence that you suddenly became inspired with a lock wolf read on me that you couldn't explain at all, after having mostly ignored me the entire day while we were in the thread together?

I don't really ask a lot of other players. Just that they put in some effort and play in good faith. It's hard to believe that you did this in good faith, because your own posts say otherwise.
3/31 Vanilla Slow Game - Feline AIDS: The Second AIDSing Quote
04-08-2014 , 11:26 PM
Indeed I did a ton a work for that CFD. I posted "can we lynch soah" and then I jumped on that CFD. All while voting rascal a good part of the day. I suppose I must apologize for my work schedule while Im at it, since its the reason why I never talked with you. If you'll notice that I talked eith you during a brief period about you and rascal being v/w. After that, you and I were never in the thread together, so neither argument holds water. Yourr welcome to believe what you like though.

Heh. I liked the fact that you killed Sun and then Ivers came out firing about the lolwolfs leveling to pre-deflect the fact you and Timon were still alive.
