For some odd reason, I'm half tempted to call boober a villager for actually showing up d1 instead of his normal wolf game of slanking until he gets heat, post up a storm, and somehow gets the entire ****ing village to clear him

For anyone who doesn't know, a ratio like that is extreme — just 11 players (of a total of 252) in the database have 20 or more games and ratios that are lower.

For the record, here nofear has 167 posts in 3-plus game days, meaning he's running around his wolf average. But tbh I don't think that tells us too much, because he's had several games this high. But while I'm at it, let me compile it more carefully...

This doesn't make nofear a wolf imo; what it does is tell us that the fact that he's active should not be a reason to clear him, and is actually a cause for some alarm. We're going to have to make an actual read on his content, of which he's had plenty.

For whatever it's worth, as a wolf nofear almost never survives — he has been lynched or killed 15 of 16 wolf games, often pretty early. As a villager he runs about 50/50, if I'm eyeballing the data correctly.

I'd prefer it if someone who has played with hima fair amount can tell me about what content nofear usually produces. In particular, vmf has played 30 games with him; surely he can tell us whether what we see here, which is a moderate increase in content and analysis over time, matches his village game, his wolf game, or both.

But given that you believe one of us has to be a wolf, it seems like you ought to have more of an opinion on who it is. Until you do that, it's not actually a read. And the whole point of confronting rascal that way was to get a reaction to read, so you don't really have an excuse to not have one.

I am pretty sure I am one of the more verbose people in all of PoG (and I dont think you can really find ANY game of mine where I have slanked unless I expressly stated that I would be AFK for some sort of IRL reason). I dont slank in any role and never have (I bring more WIM to the table than the vast majority of people in each and every game I play in).

Well yes, I was implying he was wolfy for it (even if it was not directly stated).

A soft defense of someone for meta reasons is fine (although the word soft would imply that it was kind of wolfy, IMO, in that instance).

Its like he had no natural suspicion wrt to your role/fear that he could be wrong. I am not making a mountain of a molehill, it just seems out of place/unwarrented given the context of the thread at the time (even if he was catching up/just MQing Pizza).

Because at the point I made that read there was only one post that I thought had some significance, which is his trolly read of all the players at the start of the day. That aggressiveness oozed villageriness to me. He is now continuing with an inquisitive attitude that again I find villagery.
