Okay........

Now what?

I assume once we find out the subject matter of the book, we're 2 questions max away from the answer, but finding out wtf this book is about is really proving difficult.

If we're going to guess another set of subjects, I'd add Travel.

Couple of things as we head down the stretch

1) I hope I haven't misled anyone with any of the answers (only two of them could potentially be misleading, one of which I've already identified as being a hard question to answer)

2) The name of this book will be familiar to most people (including virtually everyone itt, I expect)

3) I thought I had a third thing

I can also identify the other answer that might potentially be misleading, if that helps, though tbh I'm very confident that the answer I gave is the correct one

Possible topics:
Travel
Religion
Language
Maps

...though nothing is jumping out at me from these categories as "virtually everyone itt" will have heard of it.

Not a Q, but could be Frommer's travel books.

Part of a series of books is ambiguous. It could be a book updated periodically like the Highway Code or restaurant guides, or it could be the first in a series of books written by different people about another member of the same class eg travel guides.

If the title is familiar to almost everyone itt, that encompasses people from pretty much the whole of the English speaking world.

Yeah, to clarify, when I said "familiar to most people," I didn't mean, for example, Japanese salarymen, Peruvian alpaca farmers, or even necessarily an Australian housewife

but "I expect the name of this book is familiar to virtually everyone itt" is true without reservation

Not a Q:

Does Kinsey's Sexual Behavior stuff fit in with this?

edit: Probably not with #8 depending on how that stuff is interpreted?

edit2: actually it might, maybe ignore edit 1?

I'm not sure which category it would fall into but wouldn't it have to be either Science or Family or at a push even Games lol?
