I said I'm all right with not lynching him today, which is very different from not wanting to lynch him.

i dont think i have time to search more to see if perdition goes into more detail after his excuse above. but i did reread felix's D2 case, where felix quotes MANY perdition posts hard pushing andy.

the multi hard pushing =/= "early-game probing"...so i see what you're saying.

there really can't be any argument that lynching perdition is OK but lynching him today is not, why would he be a better lynch tomorrow than today?

I can see making that argument about CDL because he was alive in another game for the first couple days and it's a weekend and we lynched a wolf over him etc etc

the theory was that, his status is in question, as a newish player he could conceivably just be a really bad villager, and if he's a villager he's an easy mislynch for wolves to get behind
whereas if he's a wolf and he's already howled this hard it's unlikely that he's going to improve much
