yes. absolutely. wolves prob saved one wolf and one villager if they were smart. nobody knew how the reveal was going to happen unless it was revealed in wolfchat and not here.

Why do you think this?

At this point in the game I'd say it's more accurate to say those with few/no votes are simply those whom no one had a strong village lean on.

so i am going to assume after the mod note that the mod is just using different flavor to reveal the votes

so we have jim with 4

SGT and dye with 3

ineed with 2

tehvader and baznog with one

assuming no one else is saved

because it would be pretty easy to remain anonymous in this event, wolves probably vote to save each other

under that assumption if someone receives zero votes it is likely that he or she is either a) a villager or b) the only wolf in the event

I think the flavor makes it clear that nobody voted to save housenuts.

He could nevertheless be alive because everyone had some innate % chance of survival, or because (as RJ speculates), only one person was ever gonna die from this event, and that death is being randed among the people who didn't get votes.
