I don't know. Gabriel is in disguise early in the show because he's pissed about his brothers fighting, after Lucifer rises he doesn't care who wins, he just wants it to stop. So the part of duck starting neutral would make some sense. In the end Gabriel chooses sides though and tries to kill Lucifer but Lucifer kills him instead, so it would make sense that he becomes good. I don't get why he would get powers from Lucifer dying though or voting supernaturals.
