I'm just piecing together the true vs actual votecounts. there are obviously lots of ways it could happen with multi voters and vote buys etc. but one constant that helps make things fit together very smoothly is you being a -1 voter. its very difficult to construct a chain of other votebuys and multivotes to get monikrazy down to 14 without screwing up some other number somewhere else.
