This question is intentionally a bit poorly worded.
However I think 50 / 0.5 = 100 is the best interpretation.

I think if you asked 100 randoms at a shopping mall this question most would say A, so maybe that makes it a good sheep answer.

Thanks for playing everyone! I wish I could "playtest" a sheep set on a lesser forum somehow before bringing it to POG

I think with a few tweaks the question set could have been improved. Still think it worked out decently though.
