I don't know if the non US player could contribuite to that... glad to know if I can obv.

I'm not familiar with US law and goverment in general, I'd like to know when the law will be/not be pass, and whether the danger once passed is gone away forever or at least for a good amount of time (I mean, how much time it must pass in order to submit a similar law)?
