i m estonian i was wondering do i have to pay taxes if i win substantial money in the usa ,and if so then how much

I don't see Estonia in the list of country the US has a gambling tax treaty with, so it's pretty likely they WILL withold 30% of any big tournament winnings for taxes, and you won't get it back.

But they will not do this for cash game winnings. They only withhold for tournament wins >$5000.
