Thanks! I'll do my best to fulfill your expectations. The issues facing Florida as I see it are:

1. Ensuring Florida does not opt out of federal licensing.
2. Passing uncapped poker limits and expanded hours for the pari-mutuels.
3. Passing a Florida state licensing bill for Internet poker which gives open access to licenses for both in-state business (pari-mutuels, etc.) and foreign-based sites.
4. Make charity tournaments legal.
5. Increase the cap on legal "penny-ante" home games (currently at $10 per pot).
