I would say I am a comptent player but I find myself in spots where I dont know what to do. I have little to no experience studying GTO, where would be the best place to start? what software?

It is a great community of people working to get better at poker. There is always a ton of super helpful people around to discuss hands with and exchange thoughts.

I have been using GTOWizard since December 2020 and I can't recommend it enough. The team behind it are great guys and always open to feedback and insight on how to make it a better poker study tool.
