This story is to poker as G911 is to solid reporting.

Obviously anything negative they can find to print about John Kyl is a story to them. The tag line saying "Jon Kyl is an outspoken opponent of legalized online gambling" is their justification of why this fits their focus. In fact they appear to have 2 different stories on this same incident.

John Kyl was instrumental in getting UIGEA passed. Negative publicity for him is good for poker.
