Former Rep. Mary Bono flirted with Adelson side before signing on to oppose him

Politicians and their mouthpieces are all fully capable of arguing passionately both sides of any issue. This should come as no surprise to anyone. All things political, when it suits you, you're for it, when it doesn't, you're against it.

This is an example of why "he's a hypocrite" is not an effective argument in politics. They are ALL hypocrites. But being a hypocrite is irrelevant to the argument. And when all you have is "he's a hypocrite," you have lost the debate.
