From what i understand...

We will still be able to cashout from websites and we have a full year to reverse what was finalized. Is the ruling as bad as it could have been?

I dont know much about law/legal proceedings so please go easy...

The "we have a full year" seems to be a common misconception. Banks HAVE to comply by 12/1/09 but will be working to put regulations in place before then. The amount of time we have is indeterminate.

Is this not enough time for the incoming administration and reps to overturn the implemented regulations?

I shouldve chosen better words. I agree its not a good ruling, but couldnt it have been much worse?
