Simple answer. We wont give free sidebar promotion to anyone that has spent years insulting the ownership and trying to damage 2+2.
We will allow discussion of his steam in the appropriate threads/forums unless it violates any of the site rules. I do think he does a nice job with his stream.
The plan all along for the sidebar was to list featured streams that we handpick or are sponsored. It was quicker to test and get it up with the functionality it currently has, so for now it is pretty open to anyone streaming poker and are in the top 20 of poker viewership.
