Unless you have and you're intentionally misconstruing the sticky, it says making racist or bigoted posts is against the rules, which are also against forum rules generally. This means that people who are racist don't get banned unless they start popping off about how much they hate black people. This basically applies to every forum on this site except for SMP for some reason.

If you think wookie's moderation is biased I can tell you that it isn't. When I see a conservative poster break a forum rule, I report it and I see that report acted upon. When I see a liberal poster break a forum rule, I report it and see that report acted upon.

If there was bias, you would expect only one of those two reports would be acted upon, yes? That just isn't the case. This leaves me to believe that either our conservative posters don't make use of the report function for whatever reason, or they're more likely to break the very clear rules, or both. Feel free to pick your favorite answer, but they both point to a lack of personal responsibility if you ask me.
