Hi there 👋 No need to use 3d party image hosting websites anymore to post photos on 2+2. Copy pasting images works as well. Ctrl + V on Windows or Command + V on Mac to paste image from a clipboard.

This does not appear to work from my Windows laptop via putting it a pic on the clipboard and then hitting Ctrl V, but it did work to hit the image button in the message toolbar and just choose a picture from my computer.

Yes. You can use it the same way as before, including image URL inside tags like this "[img]"file.jpg"[/img]", just remove the quotes. Only now it's less convenient since you have to type [img] tag yourself.

On the iPhone (IOS 15.2) using the classic skin, it does a weird thing that looks like the phone is crashing for a second, but then the upload works.

Seems a consistent “bug,” but still a vast improvement other the third-party uploads.

Any security concerns with the new feature? I do think it’s one of the more important updates, especially if it will be followed by easier video and social media insertion.

I've just checked the image upload from iPhone 12, Safari on a classic skin - 2p2. I didn't notice anything. Sometimes it's hard to reproduce those bugs

What browser are you using?

Safari browser for iPhone (latest version). The screen flashes black, then all my photos I can see in thumbnails appear And disappear quickly, then back to black.

It all happens in less then a second, and every time the image uploaded just fine.

Is just a bit scary when I see a bunch of my photos pop up for a second. I have many images of Bobo Fett in compromising situations and I’d hate for them to get out…

It’s why I was wondering about possible security issues.

The one I usually use is “2p2.” That seems to be where the issue lies.

How did you select the image to upload? Did you choose it with a voice command or did you tap with your finger?
