Your screenshot of an email from someone (It says BlackChipPoker Security, but there's no email address shown) to someone else (whoever "me" is) about some unknown's account history and disputed transactions really doesn't help in the slightest, especially given the questionable way you handled on this site by creating a new 2+2 account.
