Of all the movies he made, the one I remember him most fondly from is The Principal with James Belushi:

The most iconic scene from that movie did not involve Gosset unfortunately, but it's too good to leave out.

I was prepared for a lot of responses to that post - or at least I thought I was.

Most of them were focused on something along the line of "How the f is that your chosen movie when remembering Louis Gossett Jr.???" which admittedly would be a fair criticism even if I'm (somewhat) prepared to die on this hill.

I was not prepared for someone saying they have no idea who Louis Gossett Jr. is.
