I play on FTP, and have questioned some of the variance that I have seen in, not only hands that I am in but also hands I am not in. I have been on a few other forums and have seen post complaining of the same thing, although some posters are standing up for just the natural laws a variance. In these forums, 2+2 forum had been mentioned to seek advice or answers due to the amount of quality players on here. I plan on converting some hands in the future to address what I am seeing.

Right now though, I need to know that I am not an idiot to play on Full Tilt. I am fine to believe that a 95/5 or 80/20's aren't going to win every time, but it seems that there is alot of runner/runner on FTP. I am not a conspiracy theorist and don't believe that the reason Phil Ivey has won so much money on FTP is because he is part owner. My max play on FTP is .25/.50. Small time I know, but money is money and all of the poker I play, home games, poker houses and even my last trip to Vegas, I am booking nearly every time. On FTP though I can't seem to manage holding a positive bankroll. Can it really be the site?

I am serious. This is why I registered on this forum. I couldn't trust what was being said on the other forums, because I thought there were full of hacks. I am serious man, and I need to know. I am on here because I am expecting people to give me some real advice and opinions on what is going on.

I never said the site is rigged, don't be a douche. I am asking about the variance on the site, which could have alot to do with the algorithm used for the play.

my opinion is its just natural variance, I actually left stars and moved all of my play to tilt because of insane runbad on STARS, as mentioned above the internet is full of threads complaining about all the sites. the poster plays alot but particular site is screwing him, etc etc etc. **** happens in poker. sometimes for a long time. i dont think its fixed bc as is always stated, these sites stand to make alot more running legit online rooms. why would they f with their abiliby to basically print money for the cost of some software and servers. my 02

Not sure if we will ever know the true answer on the whole rigged thing for any site until the next big scandal, but I can assure you that you won't find the answer in BBV

This is the most serious answer you're gonna get here : FTP is def among the most reliable and trustable sites. Also, variance can be a HUGE bitch, you have no idea. Its pretty possible, although unlikely, to run terribad for literally hundred thousands of hands.

Also, as said above, BBV is the worst place to get serious questions regarding variance answered.

Where is a better place to get a serious answer on variance then.

No idea, you can use the search function and look for discussions about variance on any subforum that isn't BBV. Or google it or smth.

If your saying the variance, algorithms or wtf ever are wrong then yes you are claiming its rigged.

I am not claiming anything. Why hasn't anyone stated where they play, what site, what kind of stakes, anything other than a bunch of crap. If it is natural laws of variance then why don't we see more unbelievable runner/runner schit going on everywhere else. Does anyone have anything real to say about this. I heard ftp randomly chooses players to screw over. They use software called a RPC (random player chooser) to do this. I think that is the case for all the losing players. Once you get marked, it's for life.

You're just experiencing the variance of variance. In the short term your variance won't reach its "true vale". Try playing somewhere else until you think it is rigged and then move again.
