Straddled pot at 1/2 I have about $300 infront of me. I'm middle position, 1 caller infront of me, I call with pocket tens. To my immediate left there is an aggro player who has me covered. Aggresive guy pumps it to $25. Straddle calls I call. Flop 56 10 rainbow. Straddle checks, I check to the raiser. He bets $65 folded to me I call to let him barrel off again. Turn 2diamonds. I check he bets 165$ (now there's 2 diamonds on board) I shove for 200$ (protection) he tank calls. Rivers 2hearts. So I have 10s full. No one shows their hand so I show my hand. Everyones amazed. Guy makes a speech says u call with that garbage (all pissed off). Then turns over two black 2s.
I'm not upset that I lost the pot. (Variance/luck factor)
I'm not even upset that he runner/runnered me (that's poker)

You will have 'arrived' when you no longer want to 'punch him in the face.' When this happens to me I don't even look at the other player bec doing or saying ANYTHING makes them even happier.

Yes, the slowroll would make me very angry. I would almost certainly call him out for breach of etiquette. I have on a couple occassions been able to get people thrown out the casino after they threaten me with violence for calling out their bad behavior.

With a puzzled look on my face, and tone that makes it clear I'm not going to take any **** from him, I ask him, "Have I been discourteous or disrespectful to you, and I just didn't realize it?" That always gets 'em backpedaling.
