I went to Foxwoods and the tables where abuzz about the bad beat that wasn't. Apparently a young woman hit quad kings while another player hit quad nines. Bad beat jackpot was 263k. Awesome right?
It turned out the woman was one month short of her 21st birthday. She not only did not get paid but was also banned from Foxwoods as well. Talk about a bad beat.
