I wasn't involved in the hand, but I think this is the worst series of bad beats ever.

Preflop commentary: Pretty much in order, the players have the best to worst hands. All of them are all-in. Note that 3 has 4 dominated with the shared Q.

Flop: J J 4

Player 2 takes a huge lead. Player 1 takes bad beat #1.

Now, after the flop, the players would win side pots in this order:

Player 3
Player 4

Turn: 5

Turn commentary: Now, if there was a side pot between 3 and 4, 4 gives the next beat on 3. Now the players are in this order:

Player 2
Player 1
Player 4
Player 3

River: 5

River Commentary: THE HAMMER! Player 4, who started out with the worst hand, gives the brutal beating to the other 2 players ahead of him with the 5's over jacks beating 2's 4's over jacks fh. Poor KK got cracked twice in this hand.
