i am looking for any help or guidance in the hardest part of the game to learn: tilt control

i am writing this having just dupmed off another roll,

this time it was only 190 but just need to sort out my mental strength or give poker up.

in september and october i started playing mtt's and ran real good with like 6 or 7 ft in a 14day period a couple were 44$ 4max caps 2 nights in a row had a ft in a 27 turbo and the rest were $4 and $5 small tourneys. was up like 4k for the 2 weeks. carried on playing mtt's until the end of october (lost abit not loads) when i had to cashout for real life expenses.
with a roll of 250 left and knowing my run good was like 95% heater 5% skill decided it would be better to start playing cash again used to play all the time won at a small rate but would tilt it off every time so had **** cash stats and big losses. had a couple hrs coaching paid a debt to a friend and started at 10nl with 150 quickly got upto 190 then had a few bad beats got super frustrated and started calling everyone down with 2nd pair before i kne it had lost 9 buyins so stoped. but rather than stopping there thought id play a fe $7 hyper hu's which i ran super bad at 99 beat by a9 then jj beat by aj kk by 77 and before i knew it was playing $30 hu's and was bust.

anyway sure loads of people have gone thru tilt like this where its just constant every roll just go's after days of hard work lose it in minuets, idk if im mentally too weak for nlhe cash and should just give poker up all together.

what have other people done ? does anyone have any advice or guidance ?

i really love poker but just tilt to much then i get upset when i have tilted the rest of my roll away and think why didnt i just leave the 10 buyins i had ect i just dont know if its my game im profitable at micro's when playing my a game for sure but just stray from that tooooo easy. heeeeeelp please!

just forget about the beat and move on to the next hand. the game is always going to be there the following day, if you feel that you are on tilt, just get up and leave the table and come back some other time.

Op - make this post in psychology. You'll get helpful answers. Beating the tilt monster is extremely difficult for some but a few things you can do:

1. Post your situation in psychology. You're not the only one.
2. Read a lot of the threads there - the topic is well covered and there are many helpful guides and poster that'll get you through it.
3. Bankroll management. Difficult to tilt when you've only got 5% of your bankroll on the tables at any one time. If to do this you need to care about the money, then read until you have the skills to do so instead of playing $60 hypers until you're bust.

My best advice would be to fold pre, or alternatively post pics of mom, failing both of those,

Tilting doesn't bring you're money back, simple as that.

You should never stop when tits are involved
