I had Q10 on the button, raised, had two callers. Flop comes, Q 4 9 , two clubs, I bet, they called. Turn is 5 clubs, they both go all in, logically I knew at least one of them had a flush but I called anyway, knowing I was beat. When I'm in the zone I play well, but once in a while I do this....I would b unstoppable if not for this weird play now and then. I try to make sure I'm rested and ready when i play but not all the time, that's another problem. Anyone have any advice or mental exercises to fix this? Thanks

Here's an exercise that would reduce your poker losses:

BREATHE - 2 - 3
STRETCH - 2 - 3
PICK UP LAPTOP - 2 - 3
THROW IT OUT THE WINDOW - 2 - 3
